if the wire is bent in circle the length of the wire become circumference of circle.

circumference of a circle = 2*pi*r

264 = 2*pi*r

pi*r = 264/2

pi*r = 132

pi is approximately equal to 22/7

22/7 * r = 132

r = 132*7/22

r = 42 cm

if the wire is bent in square the length of wire become perimeter of square

perimeter of square = 4 *side

264 = 4*side

side = 264/4

side = 66 cm
