(2x^2-8)(x-4)^2
(2x^2-8)(x^2+16-8x)
if we multiply them,
2x^4+32x^2-16x^3-8x^2-144+64x.
if we simplify we get
2X^2 +26x^2 -16 x^3 -144
for the first question answer is

-16

for the second question answer is

for the third question is
-144
