f-10=4(s-10)------1

f-5 =3(s-5)--------2
put 1 in 2
4s -40 +10 -5 =3s -15
s = 20 yrs
f-10=4×20-40=40
f=50 +10=50 yrs

Hey !!!!!

____________________________

Let The Present Age Of Father be x and,

Present age of Son Be y..

Then,

10Years Ago,

x-10=4(y-10). .......(I)

5 years Ago,

x-5 =3(y-5). .........(ii)

EQ. 1 > x-10 =4y-40

x=4y-30 .....(iii)

EQ. 2 > x-5 = 3y-15

x+10=3y

But, x = 4y-30

Putting The Values,

4y-30+10=3y

4y-20=3y
-20=3y-4y

-20=-y
Both - Cancel out Each Other

y = 20...

We Know That,

x = 4y-30

y =20

x=4×20-30

x = 80-30

x = 50 yrs..

Hence, Present Age Of Father = 50 Years

Present Age Of Son = 20 years..
