Water is a compound , so its composition will be fixed whether the oxygen supply is excess or not.

Since, molar mass of water (H2O) = 2x1 + 16 = 18 gm

So, 2 gm of hydrogen reacts with 18 gm of water

Hence, 10 gm of hydrogen will form = (18/2 )x 10 =90 gm of water.
