Area leveled for Rs.12.50 = 1 sq.m.

Area leveled for Rs.20000 =\frac{20000}{12.50}=1600 sq.m.

Area of Plot = Length * Breadth = 50 \times breadthLength×Breadth=50×breadth

So, 50 \times breadth = 160050×breadth=1600

Perimeter of plot =2(l+b)=2(50+32)=164 m
