Answer:

emocracy is a term originally intended to establish a form of government, ruling authorities and citizens (what is called nowadays governance) concerned about the welfare of every citizen, eliminating inequalities, abuse, and concentration of power in a few at the cost of the majorities. Of course, it was also intended to prevent new forms of violence that came from these realities.

However the term has not been taken for its real values but for diverse conveniences, leaving us a frustration feeling which lead us to find out new proposals to try to change situations. At the end of the day, all is about how we, individually and collectively, act in our daily living, in the public and private sphere, where one has a key responsibility to produce the expected benefits of the original term.
