Height of water level in container = 4 cm

Radius of cylinder = 40 cm

Let height of the water level in cylinder be H

Since, same water is transferred into another cylindrical container

∴ Volume of water in rectangular container = volume of water in cylinder

Length × Breadth × Height of water level = π (radius)² × level in cylinder

440 × 200 × 4 = (22/7) × (40)² × H

H = (440 × 200 × 4 × 7) / (22 × 40 × 40)

H = 70 cm

∴ Water level in cylinder will be 70 cm
