15 men can do a work in 18 days. 6 days after they started the work, 3 more men joined with them. in how many days the remaining work will be completed.

Assume 1 man does 1 unit of work in a day.
Then total work = 15 × 18 = 270 units

In initial 6 days, 15 men worked.
Work completed = 15 × 6 = 90 units
Remaining work = (270 - 90) = 180 units

Then, (15 + 3) = 18 men work.

Time required by them to finish the job,
 =  \frac{180}{18}  = 10 \: days
Hence, the 18 men will take 10 days to finish the work.
