16. A samosa appears to be cool when touched outside but it is hot when we eat
it, why?​

Answer:

Because the filling or the stuffing absorbs the heat while the outer layer gets cold because of the cooler atmosphere but it (cool atmosphere) has no effect on the stuffing because it is protected by the outer layer. That's why it is cool from outside and hot from inside.
