Answer:

according to question one minute status of the tank, when each one m ,n and p pipes opened alternatively

(1/40+1/60-1/30)

after solving this we get 1/120 portion of the tank will fill up in one minute. so total tank will fill up in 120 minute. so according to me option A is correct
