4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36, 40….

Now let us consider the numbers which are divisible by 6

6, 12, 18, 24, 30 , 36, 42, 48, 54, 60,…….

So the number divisible by both 4 and 6 are

12, 24, …….

But we can observe that number 12, 36,… are divisible by both 4 and 6 but not divisible by 24.
