Both topics are great to speak on. Depends on how well you say on a topic. If you go for first one state some examples how well it is turning out to be for companies like tesla, nasa , space x of how they hire people from various cultures. Their company is very diversified that is how they are coming up with greatest innovations and ideas. You can also give an example of cinema hollywood or bollywood of how they are discriminating on the basis of appearance and giving more preferences to fair coloured over others. Even thought the latter surpasses other in terms of acting skills. This how I beleive how you can speak on the first topic effectively by stating examples and asking questions in asl which is possible.
