As the capacitors are connected in series, the current in both are the same. The charge that builds across each capacitor is the same.
so V1 = Q/C1 V2 = Q /C2
as C1 is more than C2, V2 will be more than V1.
so V1 = Q/C1 V2 = Q /C2
as C1 is more than C2, V2 will be more than V1.

as the capacitors are connected in series, the current in both are the same. the change that builds across each capacitor is the same.
so,V1 = Q/C1 V2 = Q/C2
As C1 is more than C2 , V2 will be more than V1.
