i ) an = ( n+2)/( 2n+3 )


1 ) a7 = ( 7+2 )/( 2×7 + 3 )


= 9/17


2 ) if n = 9


a9 = ( 9+2 )/( 2×9 + 3 )


= 11/21


ii ) an = (-1)ⁿ×2^n+3 ×(n+1)


1) if n = 3 ,


a3 = (-1)³×2^3+3 ×(3+1)


= - 2^6 × 4


= -64×4


= -256


2) if n = 8 ,


a8 = ( -1)^8 × 2^8+3 × ( 8+1 )


= 2^11 × 9


= 18432
