Question

  • If two complementary angles are in ratio 3:2 then find the angles...

Answer :

First we should understand what is complementary angles ...

\sf\blue{➝} The two angles are said to be \sf\red{Complementary \ angles} if the sum of their measures is 90° .

So now ,

We will take one angle as 3x

Another 2 x

And as Its mention in statement that complementary angles = 90°

Then ,

Equation :-

\implies 2x + 3x = 90°

\implies 5x = 90°

\implies x = 90°/5

\implies x = 18

The angles are :--

2*18 = 36

3*18 = 54

\implies\large\boxed{\frac{\green{Angles \ 36 \ and \ 54}}}
