Begin up with being very much realistic telling them that you are not there for giving a lecture but just to talk about something practical...
Then instead of imposing other person's deed on them or telling them right or wrong tell them something which you have experienced or something which is relatable...
Moreover have a conversation with them instead of just speaking and going back to your seat...
Tell them the 'funda' to be successful..
But remember it shouldn't get sooo philosophical. ..
