Satyashodhak Samaj is a cultural reformation of the Indian society organized by Jyotiba Phule on 24 September 1873 in Pune, India. Its objective was to liberate the people from underprivileged in the then society such as females, Shudra, and Dalit from exploitation and persecution.
Phule also believed that the distinction of classes was created by Brahmins and they should have no provision to live in India and they must be suspended permanently.
