Subject-Regarding Replacing of the defective Refrigerator
Dear Sirs
I bought a frost - free Refrigerator of 265 litres from your showroom Living Style , CR Das market , Kolkata. It was purchased with a warranty of 2 years . This Refrigerator gave a trouble free service only for 4 months. But now it has become a great irritant in the house . It doesn't give a satisfactory reception . The cooling gets ended every now and then . Sometimes it starts short circuiting. Even the cooling system seems to be defective . Refrigerator starts producing a irritating sound when the cooling system is increased.
We have sent three reminders to you to send your service engineer to remove the defects and set the Refrigerator in order. My Refrigerator mechanic examined it and advised me to get it replaced by a new one. It seems that I am left with no other alternative than getting the defective Refrigerator replaced within the warranty period. I hope you will do the needful and not compel me to knock the doors of the Consumers Court for redress.
