because of nominator is 4 digits and denominator is only 3 digits...

so if u rae going to put a decimal after 5 means after one digit..

then u should make sure that u have 4 digits in ur denominator side..

if u are putting 0 for making four digits then u have to put 0 at nominator side then u put a decimal on nominator side after 5 it is .50 but ther is no value of zero so there is not in writien form
