The molality = n of moles / mass of solvent in kg

The mass of solvent in kg = 0.2kg

So molality = 0.0999÷ 0.2= 0.495 m

The molarity = n/ v

= 0.0999÷ 0.2342= 0.422 mol/L

Hope the answer is useful
