1.)  Argentina time at, 60 degrees west is = 12 - (60 x 4 minutes) = 8 am.

2.)  Colombia 60 degree west is also 8 am.

3.)  Kuwait 48 degrees east = 12+ (48 X 4 minutes) = 15:12 hrs,

4.)  Peru 77 degrees west = 12 – (77 X 4 Minutes) = 18:52 hrs,

5.)  Poland 21 degrees east = 12 + (21 X 4 minutes) = 23: 36 hrs.
