Let the two parts be (a+b) , (a-b)
ATQ,
a+b+a-b=24
2a=24
a=24/2=12
a=12
Now,
7(a+b)+5(a-b)=146
7a+7b+5a-5b=146
Putting the value of a,
7(12)+7b+5(12)-5b=146
84+60+2b=146
2b=146-144
b=2/2=1
(a+b)=12+1=13
(a-b)=12-1=11
ATQ,
a+b+a-b=24

Now,
