if I am the minister of science and technology. I will say scientists to find out useful things.by which the people get profit.and to improve the technology.i will try my level best to improve the science and technology of India.

If I were minister of science and technology, I would have been very happy today. Our scientist have launched in a rocket 104 satellites. This is a great achievement. If I were minister of science and technology I would have gone to the villages and opened various institutes to promote education related to science. I would go to the general public and masses and try to understand the day to day problems that they are facing. Then the list of those problems I would have sorted department wise and gave it to our scientist for finding their solutions. It is very important that day to day problems of villagers and common man are addressed through science. For example problems related to electricity, energy, farmers dependency on monsoon, problems of pesticide, energy efficiency, fuel, Maximizing the yield of crops.

So as I mentioned above if I were minister of S&T, I would have tried to focus on day to day problems of our country man. I would have also motivated students to join science stream so that we are able to get bright minds to achieve many more records like present one of ISRO.
