(i)  The blood vessel that brings oxygenated blood to the human heart is the Pulmonary Vein.

(ii)  The chamber of the heart that receives the oxygenated blood from the lungs is Left Atrium.

(iii) The oxygenated blood from the lungs comes to the thin walled upper chamber of the left part known as Left Atrium.From the thin walled chamber it goes to the left Ventricle as the muscles contract.As the left ventricle contracts the pure blood is sent to the rest part of the body ,ie, to organsTissues cell  through blood vessels(arteries) .The smallest blood vessel which is nearly of one cell thick is known as Capillaries.

      Similarly , impure blood flows back to the heart through  veins to the capillaries → veins → right atrium → right ventricle → lungs for purification.
