An athlete completes one round of a circular track of diameter
200 m in 40 s. What will be the distance covered and the
displacement at the end of 2 minutes 20 s?

Given,

diameter =200m

so radius =100m

the circumference (s)=2*22/7(pie)*100

=314*2m=628m

so speed =628/40 m/s

=15.7 m/s

Again,

time=2min 20 s=140 s

At constant speed

Distance travelled=140*15.7 m=2198 m
