Gustatory receptors are those which reacts when we taste something i.e. they work with sense organ TONGUE. Olfactory receptors are those which reacts when we smell something i.e. they work with sense organ NOSE

gustatory receptors are taste receptors and are present in tounge. Olfactory receptors are present in nose and these are sensitive to the smell.
