For a number to be divisible by 25 it's last digit must be 00, 25 , 50 , 75

we are given that "ab" is multiple of 13
here in "ab" , (b) must be 2 or 7

The only 2digit multiple of 13 satisfying this condition is 13×4 = 52
b = 2

therefore ab = 52
