Education is the essential and important basic thing for all of us to have a bright future. We can get something good by using this tool of education in life. The high level of education helps people to create social and family respect and a different identity.Education is a very important tool for everyone to achieve success in life and to do something different.Education plays a key role in the modern technological world.we all know that education helps a man to become something in society. education enhances the quality and quantity of individual productivity, which in turns to add to the growth of the economy.
Illiteracy is a terrible curse for every nation and society. Even after 50 years of independence, we were unable to succeed in the full literacy campaign.
There was a need for a solid national education policy in India to address illiteracy. From this point of view, many programs were created in India; For example, Adult Education Program, Rural Forensic Literacy Program, National Literacy Mission etc.
But these attempts did not get special success due to illiteracy because the other complex problems prevailing in the country were becoming a hindrance to their success. Therefore the need was felt - the efforts of NGOs and of the highest school and university students in this field.
The encouraging fact is that participation of students of different age groups is also increasing in the illiteracy-in-the-counter campaign. Today one million students are affiliated with this campaign.

It is the education who made a student to make his / her decision itself . and make views on different topics . But now a days education got changed into the field of competition and stuff .this competition made a student depress and sometimes led to suicide or any harm it can made
Vocational education can also be termed as job-oriented education. It help a person in becoming skilled in a particular field at a comparatively lower age. Those who want to set up a small establishment of their own can enjoy the benefits of vocational education.
There is a difference in what we want and what we will become . Like a simple survey tells every year 650000 engineer pass out their graduation but not all of them qualify for IIT or higher paid jobs . The developed world need skilled labour to do their work efficiently .By 2020 , developed world have shortage of 40 million working peoples
This lead to the shortage of skilled labour in our country due to many reasons
Like low motivation among students to pursue vocational education
Many vocational courses are greatly obligate
Moreover, the theory of universal syllabus for education does not suit a county like India. Every area has its own needs and thus education into practice. It help the youth in picking up modern methods of farming or other related traditional vocations.
In order to keep with the market demands of India we need to encourage youth to pursue vocational education .They should be free what they want to study . Teachers and parents should hear the students thoughts and feelings .There should be enough infrastructure to support vocational eduation
