$\frac{2x^2+1}{x} = 2$

$2x^2+1=2x$

$2x^2+1=3x-x$

$2x^2+x+1 = 3x$

Coming to the question

$\frac{x}{2x^2+x+1}=\frac{x}{3x} =\frac{1}{3}$
