hey mate!!

here is your answer:

2x+y-6=0......(1)
4x-2y-4=0.....(2)

2x=6-y
x=6-y/2

now, putting the value of x in equation (2)
4(6-y/2)-2y-4=0
24-4y/2-2y-4=0
24-4y-4y-8/2=0
24-8y-8=0
16-8y=0
-8y=-16
y=16/8=2

now, x=6-y/2
x=6-2/2
x=4/2=2

so, value of x=2 and y=2
