3(3x-5) = 2(2x+1) -3

3(3x-5) = 2(2x+1) -3

9x - 15 = 4x + 2 - 3

9x - 15 = 4x - 1

9x = 4x - 1 +15

9x = 4x +14

9x - 4x = 14

5x = 14

x = 14/5

x = 2.8
