the discouragement of development of industries and handicrafts helped to increase in poverty because many people r working in industries but they r not getting good salary good income it is the main thing increase in poverty already india is in first place of poverty this discouragement of industry still increase this poverty and make india poor so don't do this work and make india free from poverty......!
