They are transported through the Blood present in our veins and arteries and capillaries.
Once you breath you get to introduce oxygen into your lungs which later adds that oxygen into your blood and them carried to individual cells.
And the carbondioxide from those cells are agib dissolved in blood and carried to lungs where CO2 is release in external environment.
