(ii) Manganese is mainly used in the manufacturing of steel and ferro-manganese alloy.  Also used in manufacturing bleaching powder, insecticides and paints.

(iii) Mica is malleable, ductile and a good conductor. It is mainly used in electrical cables, electronics and chemical industries.
