In 1 day Pankaj and Bharti together produce = 1 + 1  =  3 
                                                                   15   12    20    units
In 20 days, together they can produce [3/20]20=3 units
they get 90rs for 1 unit then for 3 unit 90*3= 270rs

Efficiency of Bharti = 15  = 5 
Efficiency of pankaj   12     4   

Bharti get  (5/9)270 = Rs 150
and also like that
bharti get 90 rs for 1 unit then 1 unit =12 days
so how much she get for 20 days
  90 * 20  = 150 rs.
