 91 - x \times 30 \div 100 = x \\ 91 = x + 0.3x \\ 91 = 1.3x \\ x = 91 \div 1.3 \\ x = 70

Let the number be x
ATQ
91 - ( \frac{30}{100} \times x) = x \\ 91 - \frac{3x}{10} = x \\ 910 - 3x = 10x \\ 10x + 3x = 910 \\ 13x = 910 \\ x = \frac{910}{13} \\ x = 70
So The number is 70

Option D is correct answer which is 70
