SINCE U TOLD U CAN REPEAT THE NUMBER THEN THE ANSWER MUST BE 3! +11 +11 + 1 +1 = 30 ; ie 3! means 3 factorial= 3*2*1 =6 Answer should be 3!+11+11+1+1=30. 

or 
u can also do this 3! means 3 factorial= 3*2*1 =6
ans 
3!+11+1+3+9

Odd numbers don't add up to give you an even number.
It is possible only in case of factorial.

3!+1+3+13+7=30 

3!+3!+3!+3!+3!=30

11+1+3+15+0=30
