The correct answer is 751 :42

Explanation :

Please follow the following sequence :

321= 3 x (2 + 1 ) =3x3 =9

512 = 5 x ( 1 + 2) = 5x (3) =15

841 = 8  x (4+1) = 8x 5 =40

751 = 7 x (5+1) =7 x 6 =42

Hence the answer is 42

From first number add ones place digit & tens place digit & multiply by its hundred place digit this way we get second number.

321= 3 x (2 + 1 ) =3x3 =9

512 = 5 x ( 1 + 2) = 5x (3) =15

841 = 8 x (4+1) = 8x 5 =40

751 = 7 x (5+1) =7 x 6 =42

Hence, the required number is 751:42
