1.The Lyman series lies in the Ultraviolet region. The Balmer series lies in the Visible region. The Paschen,Brackett and Pfund series lie in the Infrared region.

2.The spatial distribution of each s- orbital is same but they differ only due to the presence of nodes and in 1s- orbital there is zero no. of nodes while in 2s-orbitals there is one node
