33. Find the sides of a rectangular, if perimeter 80 meter and area 400 square meter.

Answer:

Perimeter=2(l+b)

80 = 2(l+b)

40=l+b (1)

area= l×b

400=l×b

l =400÷b. (2)

substituting value of (2)in (1)

40=400÷b+ b
