given p(-5,3) =(x1,y1)and q(-5,m)=(x2,y2)

in those points the abscissa are x1=-5 and x2=-5

and ordinates are y1=3 and y2 =m

given sum of abscissa and ordinates are equal i.e.,

x1+x2=y1+y2

-5+(-5)=3+m

-5-5=3+m

-10=3+m

m=-10-3

m=-13

So value of m=-13
