 \frac{3x}{2}  -  \frac{5x}{2}  =  - 2 \\   \frac{ - 2x}{2}  =  - 2 \\  - x =  - 2 \\ x = 2 \\  \\  \frac{x}{3}  +  \frac{y}{2}  =  \frac{13}{6}  \\  \frac{2x + 3y}{6}  =  \frac{13}{6}  \\ 2x + 3y = 13 \\ x = 2 \\ so... \\( 2 \times 2) + 3y = 13 \\ 4 + 3y = 13 \\   3y =13 \\ y =  \frac{9}{3}  \\  \\ y = 3
