Given that,

\frac{4}{216^{-2/3} } + \frac{1}{256^{-3/4} }

\frac{4}{6^{3}*-2/3} + \frac{1}{4^{4} *{-3/4} }

\frac{4}{6^{-2} } + \frac{1}{4^{-3} }

\frac{36}{4}+\frac{64}{1}

\frac{36+256}{4}

\frac{292}{4}

73= answer
