$half \: of \: x \: = \frac{630}{31 } \times \frac{1}{2} = \frac{315}{31}$

4X/7  = 8X/45  + 8

4X7 - 8X/45 = 8

180X - 56X = 8 x 7 x 45

124X = 2520

X = 2520/124

1/2 of X = 2520/124  x 1/2 = 2520/248 = 10.1613
