Answer:

20%

Explaination.

 \:  \:  =  >  \sf \:  \boxed{Cp=450+50=100}

 \boxed{ \sf \: Profit \:  \:  \:  600-500 \: = \: 100}

 \boxed{ \sf \: Percentage \:  \frac{500}{100}  \times 100 \:  = 20}

Hence option (B) is correct

 \boxed { \sf \pink{20\%}}

Answer:

as per your question .

c.p of the man = 450

s.p of the man = 600

profit = s.p - c.p

profit = 600 -450

profit = 150

profit percent = p / c.p × 100

= 150 / 450 × 100

= 100/3 = 33.333..

profit% =33.34 %

but actually the question should be..,

A man bought a secondhand cycle for rs. 450.He spent rs.50 on repairs.If he sold it for rs.600 , what was his profit per cent?

and the answer is :-

c.p = 450 +50 = 500

s.p = 600

p = 600- 500 = 100

p% = p/ c.p × 100

= 100/ 500 × 100

p% = 20%
