✒Question :

4) A quadratic polynomial, whose zeros are -4 and 7 is

a) 2

b) 3

c)4

d) none of these

✒Answer :

 \alpha + \beta = - 4

 \alpha \beta = 7

k{x} = {x}^{2} - (\alpha + \beta ) x+ \alpha \beta

 = {x}^{2} - ( - 4)x + 7

 = {x}^{2} + 4x + 7

.: x^2+4x+7 is a quadratic polynomial .

option d)None of these .
