Answer:

0.3 m/s²

Explanation:

The train is starting from rest

therefore u = 0 m/s.

time t = 5 min = 300 sec

final velocity = v = 90 km/hr = 25 m/s

therefore we know,

a = (v-u) / t

a = (90-0) / 300 s

a = 90/300

a = 9/30

a= 3/10 = 0.3 m/s²

Therefore the acceleration of train = 3/10 m/s²

==> 0.3 m/s²

Answer:

Explanation:

V= u+ at

90=0+a×5

25=5a

a=25/5

a=5mls^2
