In our society we have given girls /women a certain kind of role. Like we can see many girls/women as Nurses as compared to men.

Similarly, we can see most of the engineers are men as compared to women.

Society has decided that which role are defined for women and men. It is believed that women do not have technical skills to do technical things.

When I will organize a Struggle against stereotypes, I will draw a table showing number of male and female members are in a certain Category of Jobs/Profession in a particular Society.

I will apply this method because, by this method we can easily identify that in a particular society what type of stereotypes are being followed and only after this we can try to break these stereotypes.
