4√x² can be written as (x¹²)^¼

similarly 3√9 can be written as (x^9)^⅓

so by multiplying we get

x³× x³

x {}^{6}

Thank you!!

Hi ,

4√x^12 × √x^9

= 4 √ ( x^12 × x^9 )

= 4 √ ( x ^ 12 + 9 )

= 4 √ x^21

I hope this helps you.
