we have

4(4*1/2 + 4*1/2) - 3{(1/√2)²-(1)²}

=4(2+2)-3(1/2 -1)

4(4) - 3( \frac{1 - 2}{2} )

 = 16 - 3 (\frac{ - 1}{2} )

 = 16 -( - \frac{3}{2} )

 = 16 +  (\frac{3}{2} )

  take \: lcm \: of \: the \: above \: equatin

 =  \frac{32 + 3}{2}  =   \frac{35}{2}  = 17.5
